It's the first question any resident asks about tank waterproofing, and it's the right question: if you're treating the walls that hold our drinking water, what happens to that chemical afterwards?
Our treatment reacts chemically with the concrete and becomes part of the structure rather than a coating sitting inside it. It is non-leachable — it doesn't dissolve back out into what you store, and there's no film to flake, peel or shed into the water the way failing internal coatings do.
The chemistry is also water-based and low-VOC, releasing a fraction of the volatile organics of solvent-based alternatives. In practice that means no solvent fumes during application and nothing harsh introduced into an enclosed tank — better for the applicators working inside it and for the residents living below.
