For decades, waterproofing in India has meant demolition: break the terrace, redo the brickbat coba, wait for it to crack, repeat. Keshav Enterprises was built on a different premise — treat the structure itself, break nothing, and put the promise on stamp paper.
Most waterproofing failures we're called to fix weren't material failures — they were diagnosis failures. Someone treated the terrace when the water was entering through the parapet. Someone broke a bathroom when the leak was a drain joint.
So every Keshav project starts the same way: an inspection that traces where water actually enters, not where it shows. Only then do we quote — for the source, not for the maximum scope we could sell.
Our team of qualified engineers and trained applicators executes internal and external work across Maharashtra, Goa and Gujarat — society buildings, developer projects, and villas. Projects range from independent homes of around 1,000 sq ft to large society and developer sites.

Our founder, Sanket Prashant Manerikar, is certified in Waterproofing and Insulation by CIDC and SIWIN — the Construction Industry Development Council, established by the Planning Commission (now NITI Aayog), Government of India, along with the construction industry.
In an industry with no entry barrier, where anyone with a drum of chemical calls themselves a waterproofing contractor, we think formal certification — and the standard codes and best practices that come with it — should be the minimum you demand from anyone touching your structure.
Sanket Manerikar's path into waterproofing didn't start in a classroom — it started in business. While still in college, he opened and ran a franchise restaurant in Bandra for three years, until COVID forced it shut. Around the same time, he was working with a Mumbai water-treatment company, designing and delivering sewage and water treatment plants — years spent learning, hands-on, how water behaves and how chemistry controls it.
Waterproofing came next, from the client's side of the table: bringing societies and building owners to a waterproofing contractor, and watching what the industry actually delivered. Verbal warranties. Demolition-first fixes. Leaks that returned within two monsoons.
Keshav Enterprises is his answer to all of it: penetrative chemistry instead of breaking, a written diagnosis before any quotation, and a warranty notarized on stamp paper — because he'd seen exactly what a verbal promise in this industry is worth.

No hammering, no demolition, no debris trucks in your compound. If a case genuinely needs opening up, we say exactly which section and why — never a blanket demolition.
5, 7 or 10 years on notarized stamp paper, handed over with every completion report. A promise you can file, not one you have to remember.
We quote for the actual source of the leak. If your terrace problem is really a parapet problem, that's what we tell you — even when it's the smaller job.
Our penetrative chemistry is water-based and low-odour — safer for the applicators, the residents, and the rainwater that runs off your treated terrace.
Site inspections across Mumbai, Thane & Pune this week.
